Recently in medical care of the traffic accidents, it tends to come into fashion that the medical dispute or legal problem would be rising up to the responsible physician, unless he treats patients injured by traffic accident reasonably and appropriately, when the results may not be satisfied like a physical dysfunction, disability and poor prognosis.
